Livery yards in the Yarm/Kirklevington area?

Can anyone local recommend livery yards in the Yarm/Kirklevington/Eaglescliffe area of Teesside?

Would prefer good turnout but has to have a school, and decent access to hacking - for one horse initially but two eventually!

Thanks anyway but totally wrong direction to where we are looking. Sister works in Darlington but poss moving to Yarm so wants horses nearer home and work rather than Guisborough where they are now (Petrol costing her a fortune!!)

I think there might be an actual riding school in Kirk Levington but its a long time since I lived on Teesside so it might not be there anymore. What about Stainsby Grange at Acklam/Thornaby - wouldn't take long to nip up the A19. There is a decent sized indoor school there. Not sure about turn out though - not seen any horses grazing there when I've been to shows.
Sorry just realised you want hacking which would probably be a bit naff at Stainsby.
