Livery yards in West Essex.......

Hi all, I'm on the look out for a nice livery yard, DIY or full not fussed, but needs to provide services atleast, with good facilities in or around Epping, Theydon Bois, Harlow, Loughton, Abridge, Waltham Abbey, Chigwell areas or as near to them as possible......must have all year turn out and decent ménage.......all suggestions welcome......

The problem in these areas is that most turnout is limited ecspecially in winter, Brownings farm in chigwell has 24/7 in summer if that's what u want then it's cut down in winter, they have two nice size menages and off road hacking and I heard recently that they have stables coming up as usually there is a waiting list. The other one is Harold's park farm between Harlow and Waltham abbey good turnout although fields do get shut if weather is very bad. Indoor school, two outdoor menages, horse walker off road hacking very good facilities. The one I like in particular is glyngates in up shire, lovely yard, the owner seems very nice, they do have turnout but not sure what it is in winter. Thank u, yeah that is a help, I've competed at Harold's park farm, it's a bit too far out, there's a lady at my current yard who has just moved from Brownings so might speak to her, I'm not a fan of 24hr turn out so that's not what I want at all but mine dis used to being out all year round during the day even if it is limited it's better than nothing, I've found a few yards so going to have a look around, thank u again : )

Just wanted to say u don't have to have 24/7 if u don't want it, completely up to u how long u want them out for at Brownings. Hope u find something g u like.
