Hi. My 4 ponies are okay at current yard at Alveley, Shropshire but as I'm going to be moving out of current home and renting in the summer it has got me thinking that maybe I could move ponies too and find a yard with more grazing / well draining soil available then find somewhere for me nearby.

Can anyone recommend a yard with the following facilities:

I would need 2 stables + a field shelter for 2 mini Shetlands or 3 stables.
Enough grazing / well draining land to cope with them being out 24/7 all year round (ponies prefer it) though elderly pony with probably be stabled at night in winter and all others would be in v bad weather.
School - doesn't have to be great as normally travel for lessons.
Parking for trailer.
Well behaved dog allowed.
Off road hacking preferably.
Friendly :)

Thanks for any suggestions. Oh and if anyone can recommend the above plus nearby small property to rent cheaply I owe you a drink :)
