livery yards near chichester/arundel/fontwell?? (west sussex)

park farm and brookfields are near me but im on a waiting list so i cant buy a horse yet:( i dont even need full or part now im looking for diy! surely it cant be this hard to find a livery:rolleyes:
 
is there a postcode please? im in walberton and have to eb able to get there under my own steam whether thats by bus or bike or possibly in WCS a train
 
Hi sorry to hear you're having problems. I've been thinking I might relocate back down to area in next couple of years so this is a bit of a worry!

I don't know the area very well any more (live 200 miles away now!) but have family in the area.

However, from very (!) vague memory there might be a yard at the end of Church Lane/Hill Lane - both off the Yapton Road as you come out of Barnham under the railway bridge. The roads sort of meet near the old canal...?! Might be somewhere you've already mentioned as I don't know anywhere by name.

Also again from vague memory - out of Barnham towards Eastergate - past school on left and turn right at roundabout (memorial?) Is there a place on the left? Busy road though (fontwell Road?)

What facilities do you need?

There is the Martin's place in Lake lane - part and full.

Loads of little yards in wandley's lane.

There's a lady advertising stable and grazing in Level mare lane.

Gaston farm at Slindon may have space - all within cycling distance

Woodgate centre nr the train gates just off A29 have spaces too I think.
 
maisie06 wow wow wow thank you! I'm just looking for DIY with an arena really! Nothing too fancy - should have turnout as well as stabling though
 
Shadrid that is Barnham Court Riding School which is run by my friend.

She does do some grass livery but I'm not sure how much.
