'cos I'm fed up with no electricity, have no grass now so feeding feed and hay, and know I'm going to have mud, mud and more mud come the winter.

So, what do you guys pay and what do you get for your money - maybe it will turn out that I should "put up and shut up", but I thought I'd ask first....

I'm looking for a yard in the Mildenhall area of Suffolk - so if you know of a good one PLEASE let me know.

I would expect to have electricity if I was paying for livery!

I think the going rate for DIY is between £20-£35, depending on the facilities. For that you would expect a stable, somewhere to put your feed/rugs/tack (with electricity!) and some turnout (at least in the summer) and use of a school if they have one. Some might even include hay in that.

Everything else, you would buy yourself.

I'm paying £25 per week. No hacking to speak of only very fast roads, but I do have an area to store my stuff which I share with both human and rats (ugghh) - hmmmm think I'm being had - but where to go???

£19 week for stable, use of heated secure Tack Room, floodlit arena, grazing, mini X country jumps and we are allowed to ride round the stock fields if we keep to the edge.

WOW! I want my horseys to come live at your yard
