Hi please help 
I have decided to move my horse from my current yard, it is very busy and he doesnt go out as much as i would like and he is getting more and more stressed and unhappy.
I am looking for a yard up to half an hour away from locks heath (if its half an hour it needs to be assisted DIY) with a school with floodlights, owner on site, all year turnout preferably 24/7 in summer,and a decent sized stable and decent storage. not fussed about amazing hacking just some would be nice Also want somewhere that has other people that want to compete. I dont want to be at a yard with just happy hackers.
If anyone knows of anywhere please let me know
