I'm really struggling to find a livery yard with AYTO on good ground, with good off road hacking.

I am looking for Assisted DIY - Part Livery.

Recommendations please!?!?

Worth you looking through Surrey Horse and pony and also Surrey Livery offered and wanted pages on Facebook, this is a v good time to visit yards after the last few weeks weather! In that area there are a lot of yards on clay though.

Don't think there are many, a lot of clay in that area. Durdans which Chalk? LMEQ and associated yards / Luarns in Reigate are Sand.

Sand or loamy soil would be best! I know, really struggling!! really fed up with clay!

Try Elysian at Westlands Farm , Shamley Green. Sandy soil and I think all round turnout . I am not there but know of others who are happy

MIght be too far away but the best hacking is around frensham near Farnham. On sand & loads of commons to ride on

LM Brooks Equestrian at Reigate. My girl has been out every day over winter, plenty of good hacking and a lovley bunch of liveries.

Wingedhorse it is clay based but not many horses on the land so it's not trashed at all, still mostly grass (only mud at gate of one paddock. )

You could try Postford Farm at Albury, has a school and amazing hacking. They're on sand so horses go out all year round.

Crockers Farm in Coldharbour do part and assisted on sandy soil. There's also Collickmore Farm on mixed soil. Currently a field livery space with shelter and storage, basic assistance available.
