Livery yards Throckley/Newburn/Lemington

Hi!

new to this forum and looking for a new yard for my boy when i move house! we arent moving to far but the yard hes on now just isnt close enough to new house so just wondering if any one has any Recommendations of livery yards with decent facilities (dont have to be fantastic but all weather school,access to jumps and reasonable hacking would be nice ) in the lemmington/throckley/newburn or nearby areas? Any help would be much appreciated

Tony Blackburn, Birks Rd, Throckley
Debbies, Blackrow Lane, Throckley
Avoid South Farm, it has a terrible reputation.
Houghton RS and Livery yard, not for from Throckley at Heddon

Sorry to bring this thread up again but looking like my house move will be in the very near future (before end of month) and just wondering if any one is on a yard in these areas or near them and knows of any spaces? Horse wont stay out all year so must have a stable
