We're looking to move house soon to East/South Leeds / North Wakefield area - basically anywhere close to the M1/A1 or M62 and of course before deciding on an area I want to make sure there are suitable yards I could move my horse to! I'm from north Leeds so don't know that side too well. 
So hoping you guys can help with some suggestions. I'm looking for friendly DIY/assisted DIY but may consider part livery for right yard, year round daily turnout in groups (happy to stable overnight in autumn / winter), good hacking and a floodlit school (in or outdoor don't mind). I'd also prefer a small ish yard (max 20 horses).
Any suggestions on yards or areas? Thanks in advance.
