Livery yards with indoor schools in West Essex?

If anyone is at Woodlands, or anywhere else where there is an indoor school, can you let me know whether the yards do DIY and what level of turnout there is over the winter? Oh, and if there are any vacancies!

I know this is a old post the only other place I know is Pine Lodge the winter turnout is very limited though.

Harolds Park Farm - very large and busy place, good facilities but turnout in winter is restricted and George is known to close the fields for up to ten weeks. DIY or there is a livery service.

I am on a very small yard - 5 liveries which does have an indoor school, but in the past six years one stable comes up on occasion as unless I move on or one of the old ponies dies, the other stables are taken.
