Livery yards york/ leeds

can anyone help! i'm looking for a lovley new yard

, which does full livery, with good turnout (pref. individual), it must have an arena, and an indoor school would be nice!

i've looked on the internet but can't find much info at all. someone told me there was a good yard on the Braham estate, with great hacking

, but i can't find out anything about it.

i looked last saturday, but they were all in the wrong area (mostly due to traffic getting around york
