Just out of curiosity, what does everyone pay monthly/weekly for livery? I know it varies on area, whether it’s part or full, facilities etc.

£40 a week. Large stable, forage (hay & haylage available), year round turnout and use of 20x40 arena. YO will feed / turnout in morning. Parking available for lorry / trailer.
£45 to include the above plus use of 30x60 arena.
Edited to add: I’m in NI and both arenas have floodlights.

For mine is £27.50 per week. This includes: Stable, all year turnout, small indoor arena, large outdoor arena, off road hacking. Extra for lorry parking, or if you have a bigger stable.

£545 for full livery in north London/herts. 2 arenas (60x60 and 60x20), horse walker, wash bays, unlimited hay and straw, all year turnout but limited hacking (not unusual for the location!)

I was based in North London for quite a while (Family still that way), don't suppose your yard sits alongside the M25 does it?

£120 a month including hay.
Large not so great sand and rubber school. Large stable and grazing. Yard takes DIY livery to a whole new level. Horse is happy there and it's handy for me.

These threads always depress me!

250 a month for a stable and field, with access to a 40x20 school and 10 min hack to new forest.

Access to walker, solarium and hot water but they are all paid for individually.

Got one away on full schooling livery at moment. It is £250 per week + VAT. Top class service at, what I consider a realistic price, to enable a top professional to earn a proper living. I have no qualms that the horse is receiving the care and training that I require, the people are lovely and the horse looks amazing. I am getting what I pay for. I hope the professional concerned is making a good living and will be there for years to come.

£25 a week DIY. Large stone stables, all year round turnout, 60x20 school, hot wash, large secure tack room, large feed room, heated kitchen with all mod cons, trailer parking, bridleways straight off the farm and good hacking. Can either buy in hay and bedding as we want to or use what is made on the farm.

£36 a week for a lovely stable, tack room I share with 1 other person. DIY only. Can pay for full, part or assisted DIY as well. Assisted DIY can be as and when and billed monthly.
Large outdoor, small outdoor, small indoor, lunge pen. We have some private hacking available most of the year and good hacking otherwise. Mostly all year turnout depending on the weather as well
Have a walker, 20p for 6 minutes. Have a wash box as well with running hot water. 2 toilets available as well.
Hay is normally made onsite and pay as you want it. Straw available also.
