Liveryman element trimmers?

Has anyone else got these? I brought some off eBay which were ment to be in good condition and only used twice. After an 8hr charge they stayed on for about 30mins whilst clipping feathers, but now after charging they are only staying charged for 5 mins! I also have to use them straight away after charging or the battery dies.
Is it because I'm clipping heavy feathers or have I been sold some dud ones? :/

Mine last way more than that even. I had to replace the battery pack last year because I lent them to someone (yes, dumb, I know) and they knackered the lead and fitting. Together with a full service and blade sharpening it cost around £60 - worth considering?

Mine prob do need a new pack by now, they were second hand and are in almost constant use during the summer as I clip dogs with them

Great, that was a waste of £45 then
I might go through eBay to try and get a refund.
