I just got my new set of these today and have been fiddling around getting them charged etc. I've found it really hard to get the cable from the battery pack to connect into the clipper handset. The instructions says you have to put it in and then twist it to secure it. But it is really tough! Anyone else found this? or am I just being a wimp?! I have 7 days to send them back if this is a fault so thought I'd ask around...

Nope mine are easy, you have to line up the little sticky out bits on the cable with the groves in the handset (I have no idea if that makes sense). Then once they are lined up it should go in easily, and then you twist to secure.

Line the little spikes on the cable end up so they fit straight in into the battery pack. Then twist 90 degrees either way. The little spikes just stop the cable end from falling out - nothing fancy! Are you sure you're putting them in the right hole in the battery pack? I think there are 2 holes and the other one is for the charger to fit in - they're different sizes.

I've had mine a week and I didn't turn the wing nuts ant-clockwise to secure - all that happened was that the clippers kept stopping - until airhead here decided to read the instructions!! It was easy then to lock the cable in
