Mum has given me the go ahead to research into JRN's (this is my final year as a junior!).
I have looked at the calender and wanted to do one around June time, and the closest one is Llanymynech in Shropshire.

The boss (mum) said that if all goes well at my next few events (2 PNs and a pony club open), I can enter

So am just doing my research into JRNs etc.

Just a few questions-
1. Has anyone been? What's the novice course like? Course description says up to height but straightforward and inviting- do you agree?
2. How do you pronounce it?

3. Anyone have any pics?

Thank you,

Hi. Can't help on the pronunciation (thanks mrogers, i've been saying it wrong for years!) but as its (relatively) local have been there the lasy 3 yrs. I think its a fab track, well built and flat so fitness not a prob. BUT - it has been beefed up more and more each yr (mayb cos of nrf there?) and last yr was v technical - think doubles of corners, skinny to step down to box skinny to skinny on an angle, bank with a bounce - so if technicality is a strength of urs go for it...and if not maybe still do as it IS lovely and there are (massively time consuming) long routes some places....plus, you get to jump a welsh dragon when u cross the border! Hope that helps and good luck!
