My lovely stubborn warmblood has now decided he no longer wants to load! He was absolutly fine then he went in the lorry 3 days in a row for lessons and xc schooling and a comp and since then he has decided he doesnt want to load! Grrrrr! He hasnt had a bad run or anything all the journeys were short 40 mins max and he was perfectly behaved when ridden!! Also he wont stand on a lorry alone!! We dont tie up outside and we have no tie up rings anyway so all our horses have to stay on board or get dragged around by me!! He will stand if he has company but as soon as his company leaves (different classes!) he kicks hell out of the lorry to the point where last time it was safer to take him off and drag him around with me than leave him!! So help!! How do i get him to load again?! And how do i get him to chill out when others leave him on the lorry?!!
Loading wise he plants at the bottom of the ramp and when he decides will walk up people behind him make no difference although he will follow u anywhere with food!!! He did have his dinner on there tonight- is it just a thing of feeding him on there every eve?!!
And as for standing on the lorry a haynet makes no difference!!
i have jelly babies!!
