I need to advertise my mare for loan as i haven't got a job and can't afford to keep 2 horses until i get one. however she isn't the easiest horse, so i need to put this in an ad without putting everyone off. if i put her stats can people help me write it properly.

-15.3hh TB mare,
-9 yrs old
-excellent to clip, shoe, box (thinks she would do them all on her own if she could

)
-hacks alone or in company
-snaffle mouthed at all time
-she is fantastic of the vet and dentist (not sure if this is relevant)
-jumps 1m at home ready to start BSJA or just continue RC stuff
-never been lame and rarely needs the vet. not your usually wimpy tb, she is quite tough.

now the not so good bits
she can be sharp so needs a confident competent rider who will tell her whats what. she is not and i doubt she ever will be a novice ride.

she has been know to rear/buck and nap but not since her reschooling as i have learnt to ride her.

she is petrified of cows, but with reassuring rider she will go past them.

i can post some photos if they will help?

thank you in advanced

I think you'll need to put some other details such as
- where she can be kept (to stay put, move within certain radius or similar)
- if it is full loan (presumably) or a share
- if she can live in/out
- duration of loan (short-term/long term/see how it goes)
But actually bullet points are great in an ad, make it really clear so not sure you need to put it as a big paragraph.

oh yer thanks, yes it would be full loan. she can live out but i would prefer her to be stabled at night until summer. and it would be an initial 6 months loan to see how they get on

she looks a good candidate for project horses. Peopel who look on there are genrally looking for something that may have issues, and wont be put off by quirks ect.

peopel do advertise on there looking for horses for loan as well, so maybe worth a look to see if anyoen is after something on loan , and see if yoru mare fits the bill.
I woudl say be as honest as possible, what you are after (i.e: terms of loan, ect) her good points do outweigh her bad points and i would think an experienced rider would snap her up pretty quickly

she's not a project in the sense she is fit and ready to go competing, only she isn't everyone's cup of tea.

and she is safe enough to sit on bareback

the horses on project horses are not just projects, they are horses with quirks, issues, not straight forward ect. As you mare has been known to rear and nap, and needs an experienced rider, i would say that she would have abetter chance of fiding a loan home if advertised on project horses, as many experianced people look on there and are not put off by these things. Ive had 3 horses off there, and 2 of them where not out of work. they just had various quirks.

how does this read?

15.3hh 9yo old stunning TB mare for full loan. she is a lovely mare with a very sweet nature, easy to clip (i do her on my own without a headcollar on), load (would loads herself if we let her) and shoe. hacks alone and in company. Currently jumping 1m at home and ready to start BSJA or continue RC activities. she is snaffle mouth at all times (loose ring lozenge snaffle) she has never been lame and not your typical wimpy TB, she can live in or out but i would prefer her to be in at night during winter.

the not so good bits are she requires a very confident rider who will give her confidence. someone who is used to sharp horses and aren't going to be worried by her quirks. she has occasionally been seen to crib though this isn't a regular thing.

She is currently kept near chichester and i want her to stay within 20miles of here so i can keep an eye on her.
