Hi All,
As mentioned on a previous post, I'm looking at putting my boy out on loan - initially for a year but possibly for longer. If anyone could look at my ad below and let me know what they think I'd be very grateful. Its been difficult writing it as he's 98% brilliant but just has a couple of little quirks - think tis the welsh in him! They are not bad or difficult quirks but I wanted to flag them up and be honest - I also don't want peeps to think he's a nutter imagining there's more to it than what I've written - aghhh. Anyway, any advice will be very gratefully received!!!
For Loan (approx 1 year)
15hh, 10yr old, Chestnut Welsh Cob Gelding. Very handsome boy with good paces. Good to hack alone, in company and good in traffic. Suitable for all RC activities, fun rides etc and has a lovely temperament. Ideal mother/daughter share, a really easy horse to ride and handle from the ground. I dont really jump so havent done much with him in this area but he will pop a pole and logs out hacking would easily do more. Good to catch though sometimes requires a polo! Good to box in a trailer but will take 10-15mins to load in horsebox as not used to them. Good to shoe currently only shod in front as has very good feet. Can be a little snatchy if being shod behind but a scoop of nuts normally keeps him happy he is quite food oriented! Would live in or out currently in at night in the winter and good to clip, pull mane etc. Very good doer so need to watch the waistline in summer! Vaccinations, teeth, worming etc all up to date and he is freezemarked. Not suitable for total novice as can be a bit spooky but anyone competent in walk, trot and canter would manage him perfectly.
Thanks
