What sort of agreement do I need for the person that is sharing one of my horses. Also it needs to be worded correctly as she is a final year law student and seems to know the ins and outs of eveything.
she is messing me around saying she is coming down and will be there at a certain time and then never turns up until a lot later. ie sunday she should have been there at 10am and she turned up at 4pm. I just thought having it in writing might make her get her act together
I wouldn't bother with her tbh. When I loaned I was there earlier than the owner/other loaners and if asked if I wanted to come up for a few extra days I always said yes!
I'm just struggling to find someone. He needs and experienced rider but he his not naughty never buck or rears and loves his jumping, xc etc. My daughter is at uni so is not around all the time.
Have you tried www.yours2share.com ? There's loads of websites to advertise on. Quite alot of people are struggling at the minute, I am looking to buy and have had 3 loan offers.
You could also advertise at local riding school maybe and horse supply stores. Where are you?

Well an agreement won't help with that, you can't dictate what time she is to be at the yard.
Why does it actually matter anyway, and why do you need to be there? I thought the whole point of sharing a horse is that they can take part of the load off and ride and care for when you are not there.
I have to be there as she is not confident in going in the field to catch him with the other horses there. She has a thing about she is going to get kicked in the head by one of the others.
