Loan agreement help please

Hi

I'm looking to out my mini shettie as a tots pony as he's now done his job for my daughter and feel he would be wasted without a little rider to enjoy him as much as she has

How do I go about agreeing terms of the loan? Any things I need to be cautious of would be greatly received! Is there a template any where online I can alter etc as I have no idea where to start and want to make sure I cover everything I need to

BHS have a very good, thorough loan template. Just look it up on their site. You can obviously edit the bits you don't want, but it's a great starting point and covers lots of things you might not of thought of.
