I am writing up a loan agreement for my bay mare, using the sample one from the BHS website.
She is on loan to my friend who is keeping her at the riding school she works at and sharing her with the riding school owner, but i have purposefully said she is not to be used in the riding school and for lessons and i was wondering how to word this in the agreement?

There is a line in the agreement about what her use is for ...
The HORSE is to be used as (a companion/riding horse/child's pony as appropriate) and not for hire or reward.
Will that one bit about not for hire be enough??

Thank you

ETS Ok i think i sorted it, there was another section further down where i was able to put in about her not being used in the riding school.
