Hey, not sure if anybody remember but in the last few months I have made a few posts about my mare for sale. (I don't have time with uni, work etc.) She's not an easy horse at all and everybody coming to see her so far hasn't been suitable. A lovely girl came to see her today and as hoped she played up (I wanted her to see her in full effect lol!) she handled her brilliantly! Just what I wanted and she wasn't fazed.

She has just rang and said she would love to have her. The only problem is she can't get the money for her until Christmas. I had her advertised for full loan/sale (I wanted sale but becuase she wasn't selling I put the option of full loan) So she has asked if she could have her on loan until Christmas.

I don't want her to have her on loan then bring her back etc. but she seems perfect. Should I go for it? Obviously with a proper agreement etc.

If you were advertising her for loan anyway I dont see a reaon why not to. make sure you check the yard she is going to, get contract drawn up and check peoples id/proof of address.

Yeah I would do all the agreements etc. I just don't want my little mare moved and then brought back etc. if it doesn't work out and thats another 2 months she could been advertised :/
Although I really like this girls mannor with her and think it would take a while for me to find another buyer like her.

Why don't you do a loan/purchase agreement. Agree sale price. Take a deposit (10% or whatever you both agree to) & set a date when the balance is to be paid. This can all be included in the contract you draw up.
