loan contract / agreement??

i am putting my horse out on full loan for a year while i have my first baby and im wanting to write up a basic loan agreement. does anyone have any tips or one that i could copy please? just to cover my back for vets bills, tack, etc

BHS website have some sample loan agreements that you could use as a template and amend to your own needs. I would have it checked by a solicitor and countersigned.

I have not had a good experience with a contract recently myself but I was the loaner of a pony not the owner and sadly the information I was given on this site for the vast majority was that the contracts are not worth the paper they are written on. I hope this is not the case and it works out for you.

If you look on the BHS website they have one you can download and alter to suit you. We have done this recently and it covered everything we needed.
