Loan Contract - what to include?

Hi everyone,
After a successful viewing this evening I have found a brilliant pony club loan home for my section A.. popping over to see where she'll be kept tomorrow and then writing up a contract based on BHS one.
They initially want her for a weeks trial Monday through to Monday, but would like to have a contract through for that too.
Any hints and ideas to be included in the contract will be much appreciated!

just have the same contract but to run for 8 days, seems a bit OTT, hey, whatever rocks your boat

Fail to see how its OTT when I'm effectively giving her to someone even if its just a week, but hey, whatever rocks your boat!
