Loan Contracts?

We have just found a wonderful pony for my daughter, he is however, quite elderly and therefore we will be having him on loan. Both the lender and myself would be happier with a contract.

Does anyone here have a loan contract? What does is say and who drew it up for you?

my friend does any it covers every thing except the horse been PTS and vets fees, on my friend it also mentions insurance, shoes, worming, costs, whom is alound on the horses back.
The women who owns the horse drew it up for them simply microsoft word job, and both parties had a copy of it, sign by both as well, but if you want to do it profes then i anit got a clue, solicitors may be...? Good luck, Lucky daughter
