Loan horse-Essex/suffolk

Does anyone in Essex know of a pc/rc person looking for a horse to loan and is prepared to put a bit of work into a horse that has done very little for the past three years. I am almost at the end of my tether with time wasters, people only seem to want 'ready mades'- Any ideas greatly recieved!
16.2hh (doesn't ride big)
chestnut gelding
11 years young (few miles on the clock)
Ex SJ- has PC, inter school champs, hunter trials, blood hounds, ditches, water etc
Belongs to member of my family who has lost interest (boys/partys) and is totally wasted poor chap.

Yeah got photos of now and when in work have no idea how to put on H&H online will get techie father to help!- can email to private addresses but my computer knowledge ends there!- word of mouth is always the best way! prob best to pm me!

My friend's daughter was looking for something like this.

Would he do a reasonable dressage test too or is jumping mainly his thing?

Does he need to stay where he is or could they have him at home? (Near Chelmsford)

He can go to any approved yard or stay at mine, doesn't matter. Will do a nice test but wont make grand prix! I must stress he is in light work at the moment and not the finished article by any stretch of the imagination!
