Loan ponies

Where on earth do you find them? Looked on horsemart, looked on thehorseexchange, read through tack shop notice boards and ad books, asked around...

We want a 14hh - 15.2hh bomproof but responsive(ish) pony. Seems all the loans around here are ancient shelties? Is there a special site for it? Also, if someone advertises something, you know, to loving home ect, is it rude to ask if they'd consider full loan?

And last, but by no means least, do rescue centres loan out their more stable horses? Scuse the pun ;_;

You can get them from rescue places but you will get a thorough vetting first !

most sellers would get quite annoyed if they stated in an ad that they want to sell, and then get calls about loaning. and yes, ilph loan out their suitable rescues.
