I'd bite your hand off if I didn't have so many at home at the moment. I am looking to buy exactly the horse you describe, mainly for affiliated dressage, and unaffiliated ODE's. My OH has persuaded me to wait a few months before seriously looking to buy though. I'd definately be interested in a loan, or LWVTB of this calibre of horse.

My only word of warning to you is this; I loaned my competition horse when I went to uni, and he almost ended up having to be PTS. Someone who seemed to have all the credentials and experience took him on and put his life in danger. There are good loaners out there, but when listening to applicants, do not believe everything they say - some are very good at talking the talk, and could sell sand to the Arabs. Some have great references, but cannot do the simplest of tasks. For your horse, I would perhaps ask your local pony club or go to known riders in your area and ask if they know potential loanees.

Good luck, I am sure you will find a great home for him in no time.

I am sure there will be a stampede in your direction. I would put him on the BD classifieds which do not cost very much and reach the appropriate audience.

Oh N I am so sorry to read this - I will have a think for you.

He is such a lovely horse, if I didnt have two I would have snapped him up in a shot.

If you were closer I would snap your hand off. I think you will have no problem finding a great home.

Well I would be willing for him to move to the right home. Probably would be easier for me if he wasn't right under my nose
