loaning failed - how much for this pony??

My friend has a 14.1hh mare - 16yrs old.
Can be mareish as far as i know and is sharp if wound up - but a dobbin for novices to ride.

Now this mare has been advertised for both sale and loan - no interest either way really.

She was advertised at £1200 with all her tack - or for loan, but only had timewasters re the loan.

She is now dropping the price of her to sell as the loaning just isnt looking likely.

In this market how much is a 16yr old with tack etc likely to sell for?

Not much, sadly.....a recession, and talk of massive fodder prices for the winter........

I know - shame as it still jumps unaffiliated and gets placed.
Just sat out in the field getting fat as its so outgrown.

if she jumps affiliated why not try to find somone to jump her and then try to sell her on the junior market? you could try on red rossette forum for a young bsja rider?

Would she loan to a riding school? My yard would probably consider it. Have a few full loans off people, generally slightly older.
