Local sources of rubber or plastic chippings?

I wonder if anyone knows of a supplier in East Kent please - I tried Manchester Plastics but they apparently do not have a SE based site (despite it being on the website). I don't want to use any of the major brand names as this is a temporary fix pending moving at the end of the year. We just need something useable on top of sand which will suffice for light use (3 horses) and last max 6 months.

Any other ideas gratefully received!
