Hi we are looking to organise a few little novice jumping shows in stoke albany which is nr market harborough and trying to work out how much call would be for this kind of event in this area or if theres enough going on already. I use to organise these shows back home 2 years ago before i moved up here and the response down there was good but havent been in this area long enough to know whats already going on!!! Basic format of what i use to do was a small clear round 1'6 ish then a 2ft, 2ft3 and a 2ft6 class with low entry fees and cool rosettes. Would be a very nice set of jumps ( no makeshift or anything like that) Laid back in the way if you get eliminated at fence one you would be allowed to jump around or atleast try . Also can anyone recommend anyone for show insurance? we used nfu before but didnt know if anyone knew of any other good ones?? The aim of these shows would be very much to encourage people young and old horse or pony to get out and have ago in a no pressure environment. Any feedback gratefull!!!!
