Hello, anyone here do Lockerbie ride out on Gala day? I have a few questions....
How long does the ride out last? How many gallops/fast stretches are there and is it easy to not partake in the chases at end of the rideout ie you don't suddenly turn a corner and you're off haha it is easy to just finish and return your horse (if hiring)
I am a regular at other Common rideouts but never done Lockerbie and having not ridden for the last 5 months the due to some personal issues I just want to take it quite canny..... apart from anything else the ground is far too hard for anything too fast so chases may not ever happen xTIA Carolynn
