We had some people up during the week to do an equine assisted therapy demonstration, which Blacky was very happy to help with
Anyway, YO was tellin me she had to bite her tongue when the "expert" was telling the people how you could see Connie was so relaxed because she was resting her foot. Wouldn't have been funny at all except she's got tendonitus and at the minute holds her hoof right up when she's "resting" haha
And they were going on about asking what YO was observing about the 3 horses behaviour they were using and she told them she was much more interested in the noises Connie (other connie) was making from the other field and the noises Jasper was making back.
When we got Connie she'd been left on her own in a field for 2 years and was totally unsocialised. She would stand away from the others and just gaze ahead for hours. It was so great just to hear her getting so worried because the herd had been split, and it was just like Jasper whinnied back to say "it's ok, i'm just here"
