Okay, not really CR, but...
It really has dawned on me just how awesome little lola (aka witch pony) is
she is the jack of all trades!
Two weeks ago, we made our area festival debut She was brilliant and even ended up with a placing!
she then had a few days off, did a bit of free schooling and hacking to chill out after, as well as being an angel to clip
Then i decided to try horseback archery with her, she was ace once she settled over the noise it made, even ended up cantering loose and firing (missing the target due to my terrible accuracy) but she was just wicked!!

then she was awesome to do a little schooling on, just working on the basics while our instructor is away
and today, she surpassed all expectation!
i made my long held dream of riding on a beach come true, really last minute tag along with a friend!
she was just awesome, once she got over the fact the water was coming AT her, she settled nicely and had loads of fun trotting, cantering and swimming through it! had a good blast up and down the beach her brain fried toward the end, resulting in a bit of rearing and some leaping into canter - which was just lovely as she was enjoying herself so much (we have never got her rear on camera, it only ever comes out when shes super excited and has to stand still haha, silly mare!)
she toodled back to the box, stood nicely to dry off, be brushed off and wait while we had some lunch, before being taken back, unloaded at her old home for her friend to go home, then re loaded and taken back to her house, without so much as a murmur!
It has just made me realise just what a cracking little pony she is - shes so game for everything - she jumps, shows at county level, dressages at elementary, showjumps, cross countrys, hacks in the heaviest of traffic, is brilliant on the ground and is genuinely the most fun ever, really gushy post, but i am soo lucky <3
