Anyone watching, on sky channel 212 right now?
Only ask as some friends and aquantances of mine on their PRE spanish horses are taking part, being led by the lovely Patrick with his Luso stallion Tetua, worth a watch if you get a chance as quite impressive what he will be carrying through the busy streets of London! Wish could have taken Res but think maybe would have been a bit too much for him, maybe next year:D
 
Missed it as I was taking my PRE on a fab but muddy 2 hour New Year's Day hack. The first time we have seen blue sky for what seems like weeks.
Came across a group of about 30 people on a walk through nearby parkland. Distinct lack of wellies amongst them, but my boy just turned on the charm and was so well behaved, even though we had to pull up on one of our canter tracks.

Im sure you'll be able to catch it on Iplayer Herts, it was fairly near the beginning to no need to watch 3 hours of cheerleaders and brass bands first thankfully! Was quite glad didnt take Res in the end as even the normally quiet ones looked like they were pretty on their toes, certainly chose the weather for it though:)

We had a long drive back to Manchester afterwards, but it was a fabulous day for a hack through central London! My other half did the actual riding and our lad behaved himself despite all the scary stuff going on all around him. I'm so proud of them both! :D

A good time was had by all and we couldn't have asked for better weather!
 
Sorry, for the late response! I was walking along in English riding attire carrying a Portugese flag, my other half was on our lad - He's a grey with black ornamented bridle/breastplate and saddle. She was wearing a bright red jacket, black culottes, a black hat and a huge smile! :)
