My sister has asked me to post this as she is looking for some long boots for everyday riding. Preferably not cheapy rubber ones, yet nothing ridiculously expensive either. She's tried dublin river boots, mountain horse high rider and the high rider sportive and none fit particularly well. So does anybody know of any other decent ones?

Nope, I have reall probelms, fit my ankles fine, cant get them over my calves, and then the top of my leg, too big..

I have to stick with chaps

I recently changed from riding in short boots & chaps, to long boots. I have Tuffa Norfolks and they are fab. Scroll down on this link to see them:

I have really wide calves and a lot of boots & chaps don't fit. I orignally tried the wide calf in the Norfolks but they were... TOO WIDE! So I go the standard fit and they are super. Comfy to ride in, sole not too thick so you have good feel, and they are comfy to walk in too.
