I wasn't sure where those places were so looked them up, that is quite a long way! I have used Ken Gamble in the past and find he is very reasonably priced compared to other transporters, but I'm not sure how it would work for you. I think the best thing is to find a transporter close to either you or the destination to keep costs down.
