Am I the only person on the planet to remember Follyfoot?! I thought it was brilliant - Dora was the girl and Fletcher was in it from 'Porridge', cant remember much else ( it was the 80's) Wish they'd show it again as I'd def watch it!!!!

Also does enyone remember the 'Black Stallion' films? Had a really annoying boy in it, but I loved it!!!!!

Sorry for being sad!

Trainer was fantastic!! and they stopped it, when there was about 3 episodes left, I was really annoyed about that

and yes I remember Follyfoot!

OMG I loved Follyfoot! Recently went through a trunk of books at my mums and found a load of old pony and horse books we sat there going through them for hours.
Used to love Black Beauty too, the spin off series not the Anna Sewell one - although I loved that too (made me cry)
Mister Ed
Pharlap
And some of the books I found were
Jill series
The girl with an Arab who lives in Scotland
the Saddle Club
Anything by Pullen-Thompson!
Happy Days...

I used to be quite obsessed with "If Wishes Were Horses", anyone else remember that? I can still sing the theme tune (I am so cool).

You aren't as cool as me - I regularly start blurting out the theme tune to Champion the Wonder Horse

Used to love White Horses, and Champion the Wonder Horse. Got Champion ring tone on my phone! Does anyone remember a film called Run Wild, Run Free, wept buckets through that. Another weepy was the Red Pony,

Loved Follyfoot (I have the books).
I loved the Jill, Shantith, Flicka triloogy, Pullen-Thompson, Silver Brumby, Black beauty Spin off & Black Stallion books and still have some of them.

I used to like the black beauty series set in New Zealand and the silver brumby film.
Most TV programmes and films that were based upon books were a real let down apart from Follyfoot but I think the books came out after the series was created

trainer was terrible like that effort that was on recently....

suzanne king...what ever happened to her...?

Im another follyfoot fan, i loved black beauty too.
A couple of years ago i got all my old horse books down from the loft for my daughters to read it was shocking to think some of them are over 30 years old! I loved Jinny at finmory, the Jill books, Flicka, thunderhead, Brumbies, anything with horses in fact. I have over 100 books. In fact i loved them so much i have to admit ive read them all again
