Does anyone know where I could get a pair of long leather hunting boots made to measure? I can't find any (even with all the new elastic inserts, zips etc) that fit around my 'shapely' calves and then go in small enough around my skinny knees....I've tried a search on Google but can't find one specifically for riding boots. Personal recommendations would be good! Thanks
