For the wider, shorter leg. Not massively expensive. I have 15" by 15" legs so find finding long boots hard. Any one any ideas? I need them for showing.
Many saddlers have second hand boots for sale, quite often you find more unusual sizes because they are hard to get rid of. I would also investigate wether you can use gaiters as they will be cheaper and you might get a better fit x

I got gaiters in the end for my short fat stumps!!!!
[/ QUOTE ] me too, wanted a pair of long boots with zip at back, i couldnt find any that did a size for my short fat legs, so yer me too, ended up with gaiters
I have a 15inch length and 16inch width (on my left leg - the right one is thinner!), and need some new boots for showing.
In the end I've had to go for made to measure ones, which I'll use for showing (I want straight or semi-dressage tops), and some boots and gaiters for hunting. An expensive option, but I couldn't find an alternative.
i have got big legs and i found after trying god knows how many different types on that Mountain Horse was deffinatly the best ones and they are soooooooooo comfy!!
Try Brogini (ad in H & H) and they have a web site.
They do all sizes pretty much I think, I am tall but calves quite big, think mine are 17" wide and 18" high. They are lovely soft leather and quick to send out. Sent mine back after 6 years for new zip and done in 7 days.
