This is a big long shot but.....
I purchased a mare last year - Polish Warmblood x Hanoverian 16.2 Coloured 4 year old ... no breeding history in passport! She was born in the area and I know who her dam is - a polish warmblood named Nikita (although her current owner won't get back to me re: breeding and passport info previous owners etc - HELPFUL).
I traced Saskia's previous owners and apparently her sire was one of Mike Jone's sports horses at Two Mills in Cheshire. Apparently Nikita was accidentally covered by one of his stallions .. which produced Saskia (my mare). haha product of rape!
She is rising 5 now so this would have happened around 6 years ago.
Unfortunately Mike Jones tragically died recently and thus Two Mills Sports Horses doesn't appear to exist any more.
Did anyone work on his yard around this time and/or heard of one of his stallions getting out and covering a coloured mare by accident??
(If anyone knows Saskia ... she also ended up having a bad start chucking of an eventer attempting to break her in early and some IDIOT girthed her up so tight it tore her stomach muscles - the labelled psycho horse is now with me absolutely perfect and a dream to own)
