Long shot, BUT . . .

Wondering if anybody in or around south yorkshire wants to help me out.
Im looking to buy a bareback pad for my horse in the near future. Ive had so many saddle issues since I got her in september and end up riding bareback. However I feel I need a little more protection from her rather shapely withers and sometimes bony spine.
I dont want to throw money away on a pad that is no use to me so was wondering if anybody in south yorkshire has a bareback pad that they would be willing to lend to me so that I can trial it as I have never had one before. If all goes well I will buy one but as I said before dont want to spend money and it not be right as I can only really find them on ebay for quite a price!

i think you'd be quite lucky to find one, I've never seen one, don't know anyone that's bought/used one. hope you can get one though

I have a racing/pony pad but it has a girth attached....is that the kind of thing you're looking for?

Yeah its that kind of thing, been using it on the 2yos to get them used to a girth etc. Will find a photo when Im on the laptop later. Mine was off preloved, didnt cost masses.
