Looing for previous owners of Maverick- AKA 'Might He Go'

Hi,

Looking for the previous owners of my new horse Maverick. His race name is 'Might He Go'. He is a 16hh bay gelding with white blaze. He is 12. The people we purchased him from had only had him for a week. Previous long term owners of I believe of 4/5 years details were not provided.

I just want to find out some more information about him. I believe he is from the herts/beds/cambs area. Any one know anything please let me know.

The previous owner details should be on his passport??

If he hasnt raced since 2006 unlikely trainer will remember who bought him.

Are there no changes of ownership entries in passport?
Are there vet stamps for vaccinations?
It may be vets would contact previous owners for you to see if they would like to talk to you and pass on your contact details.

his passport is a duplicate weatherbys and is completely blank. nothing in it atall. its probably like a needle in a hay stack.

Might still be worth contacting Weatherbys to ask how long since ownership details were updated--someone must have paid for the duplicate
They may pass on your contact details to last registered owner.
Think these PIOs like Weatherbys need to know people are not updating passports according to DEFRA regulations

Spoke to weatherbys today and they didnt seem to care atall. They dont hold any thing either. Worth a shot though.
