Look for sharer now or wait?

Some of you may remember that I posted a while ago about bringing my arab mare back into work whilst my boy is out of action indefinitely. Well, we have done this now, she has been as good as gold and I have had her shod again. Hacked out a few times and done a couple of schooling sessions on her and all is good other than a bit of stiffness which is gradually improving.
Anyway, I feel that I might be ready to have a sharer for her again as although I am not riding my boy yet I am finding it difficult to look after two and ride often as well with my degree, job and volunteering work to do..... however I am going to be hugely fussy about the sharer as they must understand that she will need some building up before doing too much, they must be an arab lover who understands her 'quirks' (spookiness!!) and they must be a decent rider not weighing over approx 10st (depending on how they carry themselves!) It would be mostly for hacking but will consider schooling depending on their level of ability. However, once I have found the right person I am not an interferer! My past two sharers would vouch for that (unless of course I was genuinely concerned for her welfare or feel strongly that their way of doing things was detrimental to her happiness/wellbeing). Depending again on the persons ability, there may also be an opportunity to ride my boy in the future depending on soundness etc.

HOWEVER, there is a possibility that we may be moving sometime in the next few months. It's not definite, and wouldn't be straight away (moving as in buying a house where I will keep the horses at home) in which case they will be about 30 minutes away from where they are now, although with good facilities and hacking on dartmoor, in which case it might be better to wait until then to get a sharer...? Sorry for rambling on but I am really just putting thoughts on paper and unfortunately they have come out pretty much exactly as they go round in my head!

In terms of contributions, I was thinking of say shoes and money towards livery now and then just shoes if/when we move- would that be fair? Is it likely that someone would 'follow' us if we do move or not? Maybe I should just wait.... oh god...sorry

Advice/suggestions please?

I think that if you find one now and they really like her then they'll move with you, but i'm also looking for a sharer at the moment as i'm unemployed so any extra pennies will help me pay for buzz, but so far i've had no interest.

TBH when I was looking if an ad said 'currently at x but might move to y' I'd only be interested if I live about half way between x and y.

I 'followed' share horsey about 5mins further (55ish instead of 50ish min away from me). But an extra half hour would be an extra hour on each visit so maybe best to be up front about locations and not get your hopes up just yet?

Oooh mixed opinions!

Tickles- I will def be upfront to anybody who was interested anyway, no point wasting anyone's time and you are right that someone in the middle of the two would be ideal! However I wouldnt mind someone potentially short term either if that also suited them.

I am thinking against, as SarahX says taht it might just be a lot of hassle if my situation does suddenly change...

but for as DR says that they may move with me, or that they may still want to ride her if we move but only once a week or something if it is far for them to come, as the hacking there would be truly fantastic and worth travelling for and I would be open to that- it would be a hacking companion for me once a week and once we move I would have more time for the horses anyway...

oh what a dilemma. And I really ought to be revising for my exams next week.... have just about cracked the Nicomachean Ethics FINALLY despite my lingering on here
