Look North coming up stray horses in Bradford

For anyone interested the Bradford council figures (quickly jotted down) 2011 to 2012 39 horses removed costing £78,532. 2012 to 2013 there were 51 removed costing £68,531 and so far in the year 2013 to 2014 56 have been removed costing £67,692 they reckon it costs around 1500 for each horse that is removed and in the 3years only 3 horses were reclaimed by the owners all the rest were either sold/rehomed or pts. at least they are cracking down but it shows how little the owners thing of the horses that they don't reclaim them :(
