The grey arrived this morning and seems to be settling in quickly, although he is obviously very tired from the long journey.

Is in need of a tidy up but compared to the others that came over he looks quite smart

I have his passport, and he is still just down as grey colt, so before I register him with BE he will need a proper name. It must be something starting with 'Boolagh' as that is the stud previx. He is by Christophene, out of Thats the Bother (by Roselier) for those up on breeding. No idea if thats good or bad LOL

So name suggestions needed please, his stable name seems to be Buzz, but that doesnt have to be part of his comp name.

Thanks

(p.s. Jules - I will get ridden photos asap

I think Christopher is a really nice name, so maybe Boolagh Christopher if he's quite workmanlike, or Boolagh St Christopher if he's a bit finer/prettier (which he looks like he might be from his head). It sounds like an honest name if you know what I mean!

LOL I like the bit at the end

What have u decided about saddle?

I reckon Boolagh Bother or Bothered Boolagh or something/

I know you said that it doesn't have to be part of his comp. name, but i think 'Boolagh Buzz' has a certain ring to it

Re. the breeding, the Roselier horses i've known have had lovely temperments, being really nice, easy, quiet rides.. however, they can be right woses, scared of their own shadow!! positive riding XC needed

Ah he was bred to be a racehorse! He has been through the sales a few times. Looks really nice, cannot wait to see him without tack on!!! I am sooo envious of anyone who has a grey, am dying to have a grey one day

I am thinking it is not so good to have a grey....his tail is already yellow
