I love my OH (who leant me the money, crawled around under the trailer and spent two hours in the car fetching it today) and I love my trailer. I just have to teach BH to get on it and we'll be off.

See you all out and about soon :D

Looks fab, your OH sounds like a sweetie.

I would love a little transit horsebox, they are great little things, one day I hope.

Have lots of fun with your new trailor, you planning on getting out and about alot this year?

Soo jealous you own a trailer :D I wish I owned one.

My old YO had this trailer, It didn't have a pull down ramp but a very short pull out one that made loading/unloading a nightmare as it was so steep and really very slippery, even when bone dry. A lot of horses have had loading problems which didn't before, after being travelled in this trailer.

The plan is definitely to go out lots. :D And I definitely have a normal ramp. Although I actually like trailers with Boston doors. I think you're meant to teach them to step in rather than use the pull out ramp really. FWIW

Thanks all. I'm super stoked. And I towed it home myself, through town and round roundabouts and up the motorway and everything. I haven't towed since my test 18months ago but it was fine :)

Then I ruined it because OH had to park up for me :o

I might change the stripes to something else when I have some spare money as they're a bit tatty but otherwise it's perfect. I really didn't notice it on the way home. The box trailer I learnt to tow with was soo noisy in comparison!

so very very very jealous!!!! so want a trailer this year so we can go out to play! i wonder if the bank of mum is open to withdrawls............
smart trailer btw lol, sorry got caught up in my own ponderings then;):D

Oooooh it looks very smart! And there was me telling you about the sheep trailer we had in the old days :o

I'm sure BH will be dying to get in it, if only so he can show off to Nitty - please can we have some more pics of both of them soon?

It was *ahem* a little bit over my original stated budget :o I'd have had a sheep trailer but this came up and I decided, in that impulsive way that I do, that I had to have it! Nitty actually loads much better than BH, always has done. She is a little lamb and I love her. Not terribly photogenic atm as very floofy though!

I used the bank of OH. Bless his heart, he is super. I've been after one for three years now!

Ooooh lovely. Is it an Indespension trailer? They are supposed to be really good trailers. Have fun :)

It is indeed. Which is why I just had to have it. Well I didn't have to, but there aren't many around and I only hear good things about them so I thought it would be rude not to :D

Well done and can't wait to heat all your travelling news :)

We got our own a few months ago, can't remember the make, is Bailey a type of trailer ? That's the only make that comes to mind.

Brand new floor for £900, I think it was a bit over priced, but I have no idea on these things, but OH insisted we have it!!!! Considering he is not horsey and he paid for it, who was I to argue? :D
