What do you think of them?
He's considering turning it into a business as there are hardly any companies in the area that do it.Anyone interested?

They are brill, i know someone who done it as a business, and as long as you keep it cheap people will order for home use, as there only seem to be expensive out there, you might also get small riding clubs purchasing!
Brill i would be interested if i had my horses at home still but would give a price list to the YO's incase they want any!

they look good, ive been sat in my garage the last few days making fillers out of a few spare pieces of wood that didnt get used on my new partitions! im about to embark on making wings as the 2 pairs that we have down the yard only go to 3ft and our horse has no respect for anything under 3ft!. depending on the end result i will probably make some to sell as well.. will wait and see how they turn out first! i dont think your hubby would have too much trouble doing it as a business ,theres definately a market for jumps as they do seem to be very expensive. how long did they take him to make?

thanks everyone.I'm not certain on price yet as hubby is still working out the costs involved but we are aiming to be as cheap as possible. They take about an hour each schooling jump to make from scratch provided you have the tools to do the job...ie pillar drill, bench saw etc.For those of you who have asked about cost I will pm you all with prices once we have worked it out.

Ok Prices are £24 per pair of schooling stands 4' high and £37 per pair of wings. The price is unpainted and the feet on both are removable so as you can fit them into your car to transport them yourselves.
