Look who I bought today! And feed ideas please!

You've got the horse I always wanted ...am SO jealous - right down to the dark tail , an absolute must if you don't want a dirty , yellow stained tail , I think you'll do really well in the show ring , and great that she already travels well - what a stunner!!:)

She looks lovely! How big will she reach do you reckon? Wish you all the best with her :)

Thanks. We're hoping she'll reach 14.2hh, but as we have no idea of her breeding anything could happen. We were told she was 14hh, but I doubt she is actually that big - more like 13.2hh-13.3hh, but she will looks very babyish and doesn't look like she has grown into herself yet. In the flesh she has got loads of filling out to do!

Thanks. D'you want to buy her for £1000? Could be the quickest £400 I'll ever make! LOL!!

Why thank you!!! :p

I'm so chuffed you got her, thought she was fab as soon as we saw her!!! Just goes to show that its best to see them in the flesh than just off photos.

Hmmm, going to have to get you kitted out and up to speed with showing...!!! :)

Well done Zimzim, yes get them both out showing next year, it will be a super education for the pony.[/QUOTE]

It will be great for her (them both!). She really is going to be such a lovely pony and I think Hollyhocks will enjoy playing with her. I find it so satisfying bringing on something yourself and showing them new experiences. I thinkthey will have a great partnership!!! :)

She is very nice, a good weight too.

I'd say what you're feeding is fine, just add a general supplement to make sure she's getting all the minerals she needs.. don't be tempted to give her loads of cereal, youngsters need to grow at their own pace :0)
