The teen we're looking for has decided she wants something with the basics, to bring on herself. She has another year or so on current loan pony if she doesn't grow too fast, so could run the two alongside. Have heard of one that seems to fit the bill through word of mouth and just wondering what would be a reasonable price, before we ring the owner and arrange to go and see it formally. Have already sneaked a quick look at it being schooled whilst visiting friend at their yard!

14hh, think it's 7yo, schooled to Novice with lateral work also. Lovely paces, very trainable from what we saw (owner was teaching it half pass while my friend was in there schooling so got a good look!). Seemed very sweet and biddable - from what we know is a dope on a rope to catch, tie up, lead, have teeth done/shoe etc. Friend says owner always loads it with food, but it goes on. Behaves well at shows. Gives the odd tiny spook, not afraid of machinery/quads/lorries/cars (all come and go on that yard past the arena/tie up area). Hacks out solo or in company. Has been out of work over most of this winter and owner is selling due to lack of time, so we could get a bit of a bargain :).
